It's like if the rare DNA mobs will appear all around in planets tax free and the resources you can find in LA are TT stuff... no more business and price will drop.
All LA owners have invested many USD that will never payback and the price of the deeds is decreased at 1/3 of the past.
Add that the LA should have wait 2 years to being reimplemented.
That is the situation for the Hangar owners compared to LAs investments. We have to consider that there are 70 hangars ingame so 70 investors, not just a pair.
Many have in their hands the possibility to invest in travels now without investing anything or very low amount of peds.
