Any way you look at it,
obstruction is the key.
- It can be sheer distance (read: time), but if excessive it gets boring.
- It can be cost to travel. But what's too steep for some is a just trifle for others - it's hard to balance and it's conflicting with the basic concept of
equal opportunities.
