This came up in some recent discussions on planetcalypsoforum about wether or not space should be pvp, etc.
According to Neverdie, Planet Partners can't participate in end user game activities. However, Neverdie also owns a Mothership and some other items that allow him to participate in end user game activities. Since motherships are one of the few 'safe' ways to travel through space, and trading between planets is a major part of the real cash economy, is owning a mothership considered an end user game activity? If so, why? If not, why? You made space pvp and let Planet Partners take one of the few 'safe' ways to travel through that pvp zone, so it would seem to me that owning a mothership is an end user game activity... but, if you consider it not to be, why?

It has been brought to my attention that the Planet Partner Agreement strictly Prohibits Planet Owners or planet Partner Employees from Playing Entropia universe with private Avatars...
IF Mindark Choose to make public the specifics of this agreement, then that is up to them.
In general though What that means as far as I understand it regarding ROCKtropia and NEVERDIE Studios is that all of our Private Avatars must cease to engage in all End User Game Play activities, excluding perhaps logging in to manage pre-exisiting assets, until such time that employment is terminated.
All Official (Non Private) NDS or ROCktropia Avatars will be subject to Severe restrictions. (Management, Demo, Guide, Test, Roleplay Avatars, etc)
Further Clarification will be provided here if appropriate or necessary.

Is owning a Mothership considered an "End User Game Play Activity?" If so, why? If not why? What other items or actifities in game are considered "end user game play activities?" Clarification would be nice as more and more participants will soon be planet partners now that Cyrene is almost here...
Since all of Space is pvp, the only means of moving goods between planets there is with ships, with bigger ships like motherships considered to be 'safe' by the support team, is owning a Mothership, as both Neverdie, and another Planet Partner owner/investor, Deathifier do, considered an "End User Game Play Activity?" If so, why? If not, why?
It would seem to be an end user game play activity since trading is so vital to the Real Cash Economy... especially the interplanetary trading... However, since there's been no official word on this yet...
What's the official stance on this at Mindark? Why? It would be nice to get a response on this within the next year if possible since Kim seems to have forgotten to respond to similar questions over at
http://www.entropiaforum.com/forum/2570916-post1.html, a thread that has been out there for almost a year now.
The last post in that thread indicates that Kim was waiting for a response to publish back in July, 2011... Quite a few months have passed since then. Is there any official response to the questions in that thread yet? If not can you at least tell us if a mothership's ownership and use is considered an end user game play activity and why or why not? Can you help define what "end user game play activity" is? Is it still prohibited by Planet Partners? Why or why not? If it is prohibited what's the limitations on the prohibition? Quite a few former participants are becoming planet partners these days, and these sort of questions need answers and clarification.
