Hi.

Since 2 days ago that I am in kinda of an nightmare to can be in EU.
The game is loosing connection too much, sometimes, it wont let me stay more than 2min in the game during hours....

I already asked for help in support and since the replies, nothing helped, since all the replies was automated messages by the way.

What I found out when I entered without disconnect I was talking about this issues and I found more people who is having the same problem, soo i'm wondering this is some kind of server issue that is making some people can barely play Entropia.

Since I saw also, there are people on the forum who described the same issue, soo I must ask if there is anyone there who can help to at least, play.

The most common issue I see on this topic is an active firewall. Disable or make an exception rule. Maybe try the repair tool in the client loader (bottom) screen.

About the firewall already did that, but when the game decides to have crazy connection issues hours, it does. And yes, also, the Repair tool in the client.

I also did run it in low specs mode, low bandwich, safe mode, in a diferent internet connection...
