Help: My avatar can't sit down

Basically, the problem is that when I try to sit on something that allows me to do so, neither double clicking on the chair or right clicking and selecting "sit on" will work. My avatar just backs up to the chair and then remains standing.

This might seem like a minor bug, but its an issue when you want to get a makeover and you find that you can't sit in the stylist chair

I encountered this on Arkadia when I was in Dark Zunami's salon, and i submitted a bug report then, but that was to the Arkadia planet dev team, and I've since realised that this is an avatar bug since I can't sit down when I'm on Caly either. So I am hoping that this post will result in some useful action from the MA team itself.

I tried relogging to see if that solved the problem, but no.

Tried that and it still won't work. Thanks for the suggestion though.
