Help: invisible items

I have an appartment with shelves and some items have dissapeared on the shelf

not all but some, do i need to wait for my support case to be answered placed on 28th of this month, or can i sell that appartment and items and shelf will default to my storage please advise as i have a couple items there that are worth a bit of ped and im looking to use those peds soon.

Items may 'disappear' if the total items placed in the estate exceed the allowable number; removing excess items may enable the 'invisible' ones to appear. Check the item listing on the game website, and count how many have the category of ESTATE, then compare that to the number in the estate terminal.

If items are in the apartment at the time of sale, they will be sold WITH the apartment.

Before an estate deed (like an apartment deed) can be transferred to another person (ie sold), the estate needs to be set to 'restricted' on the estate terminal.

Doing that effectively binds all items placed in the estate to the deed, so transferring ownership of the deed also transfers all those items within to the new estate owner.

Thank you for advice i removed all items except the invisible ones a couple days ago and still they did not appear.

To update i tried to move shelf and could see items stuck into wall behind shelf took screen shots of each item with cursour on them each to show them there will attach them to support.

p.s. haunted appartment for sale soon? lol

still 5 days and not even a single reply from support im mad i have about 3k ped tied down to this appartment that i nee NOW support the market only stays at a point so long Get off YOUR DUFFS and help me get my ped out of this *&%$%% appartment

very frustrated ive lost potential for almost 380

ped of trade profit

THX bet i dont get reinbursed at all ;(

The items stuck in the wall, have you tried to pick them up.. if so what does it say when you try?

have updated today with my disgrunteled message hehe
ive tried to place the shelfs in a different place but it resets to the same place which covers all the items stuck into the walls i have tried to move my cursor over every angle and no good either
i would not bother and sell the appartment with stuff but its
2 cld's
Omegaton A101 amp
Neconu Teeth
and a Falcata
just too much ped to let go

still no reply from Calypso team very frustrated
