Hi Jenn... Just wanted to suggest something here.
There are a lot of pieces of armour and equipment out there, and if you have enough money, then you can buy yourself amazing armour, a Mod Fap and a Mod Merc and be a great hunter. Maybe not an economical one, but probably a great one.

Personally, I still consider Tiger, Angel and Shadow to be amazingly awesome pieces of armour, but even if this programme allowed me to collect an entire suit of all of them, having the equipment would actually not give me an "unfair advantage" compared to someone without Facebook for argument sake.

Because someone without Facebook could still just as easily as before deposit a huge wad of cash and buy better armour and weapons. Just like that.

Or maybe if loads of people are using FB to gain these suits, then perhaps the same non-FB user could get a suit of the same for much cheaper than usual due to a few extra pieces being on the market.

My point being: I'm not sure you can make a good argument for there being an "unfair advantage" in acquiring items this way unless the equipment
a) somehow alters your odds of success in EU in a way no other item in the game does
b) alters your odds of success better than any other item in the game.

Not trying to be funny, but hopefully my position and thought are clear enough? Just wanted to put that out there for consideration.

PS: the crux of the matter to me revolves around choice as well - you have a choice as to whether to deposit or not, whether to use various websites and related services to EU, and a choice on whether or not to use Facebook.

*sob* there goes my beauty business for another 6 months, cant you guy's just keep quiet, you don't realise how much damage you do to the people that have worked so hard and long in the beauty business now were screwed again, no one is gona want to make changes now because they will want to wait for this new system you have just anounced Bjorn *sigh*

Heh I was just waiting for that comment to come (but I would have expected it the day the VU came).

As a hunter, if MA want to promote beauty profession, they should re-release umbraiods. And calamusoids.

I don't think a change half a year forward in time will make people wait to change things they wouldn't change "today" - either you're satisfied with the looks, or you aren't. Either you avatar is just tall or short enough - or you want to change it smaller for pvp or bigger for hunting. You won't wait 6 months for that.

I have to agree here. If I want some change I am going to do it. I am not going to wait for a *what if* and then, we have no idea what MA is going to change anyways.......... seeing something from long ago MA said they would have our mouths animate, well that never happened but maybe that is all they are going to do this time..... so time will tell and in the meantime I will enjoy myself and change my looks as I feel fit........sometimes I think of changing and getting shorter since Roni went short, but nah......... think I will stay taller than him, this way I can beat him up LMAO. Teasing on that one
