Question: Account locked

Hi guys,

played EU for round about 5 or 6 years, stoped playing due to jobs and such about a year ago, been on and off to make sure my accounts been active.
just tryed to log on, on saterday and found my account was locked. i tryed the password reset thing as i couldnt remember what email address i used/updated from. so tryed them both, didnt get an email so i sent a support ticket. got the confirmation in the inbox that i sent the support ticket and havent heard anything since then, i know it can usualy take 24 to 48 hours, going on 72 hours now and heard nothing. been reading about a few other forums and stuff online, my account may have been inactive for about 300days but i know for a fact its not been the 700, my question is; how long will it take for them to get back to me? i can understand that the team is busy day in and day out, im just impaitent, this isnt a post to say i want it unlocked NOW (which i do but still) just wondering, il wait as long as it takes anyway, anyone else had this happen and had problems? anything i might have to do/face to get my account unlocked/back?

Support seems to generally respond in most cases within 24 hours but some cases take longer. I would think you should be hearing something soon.

I might have been hacked or you have tried the incorrect password too many times.

not hacked, they wouldnt get anything unless they wanted sweat! :P but still, it is locked and it does say its locked because of too many password attempts, which i done myself i know that. but its now going onto 6 days and heard nothing i sent 2 emails from my new email and my old one just incase it was still registered, and on both, got the confirmation that it has been recived but iv heard nothing, looking in my junk mail just incase aswell. is this usual for it to be this long tho?
