Well to put it plain, I've got a lot of experience in playing games, I know what sort of ruleset some devs work out from, how to put a game together that sort of thing, I know this because I've done it before, however when I did it it was all pen & paper based systems, I have a whole folder full of game material on some RPG system, its crap if you ask me, however it doesn't change the fact that I've once made my own game.
As a former dungeon master I've played only a few times, however people are usually kept busy when I play with them, and that is what matters, once I played with my recent neighbour, now dead, he died from cancer, poor thing. A Gaming Agent knows what makes a good concept better, also what makes shabby game even better, I can assist in ways of acting as a CEO or otherwise an inventor to a new game, provided that I know what the game is to be about and what the general idea is about. Rulesets, gameplay and allround game experience is what I do, I also like say that my speciality fields within games are sci-fi and RPG's, So I hope that answers your question. Sincerely: The NN. |

Seriously???? That a qualification? That would make me an expert bike racer as I'm watching MotoGP series over 15 years.... Sorry NN, these are all non arguements. Instead of spamming EntropiaForum I suggest you put that energy in actually developing that wonderfull game of you. I think there are enough free tools on the net to build a basic game system and enough professional coders and 3D artists to make your universe come alive. That is if you are really serious about it. Newsflash here: Entropia is one of the MANY MMORPG available...and prolly the most expensive. There are many free games available...the asian market is quite saturated with it. Perfect World is an example. East European countries just entered the *computition* and many talented developers are there. I remember Imperium Galactica II, a single player space game which had everything: real time combat (space AND ground), trading, politics, spying, development/research, crafting...I loved that game and the set up is perfectly suitable for a MMORPG. Made by an Hungarian studio Digital Reality (2000). There is also AfterWorld, a Russian project. Known and played by a few Entropians.... Personally I think you are the one that can't let go of MindArk's ghost as you admitted you think that MA has hacked your account. But that's besides the point. What annoys me a bit is that you keep posting threads saying how bad MA is and you have the perfect solution. We ALL know MA ain't perfect but we do believe in the concept and are willing to invest in Entropia's future...each one to his own ability. For some it means setting up a bussines inworld, some making it a bussines real life, some just having a fun time regarding it as a game they are willing to pay for, for some a world to emerge in and spill their creative beans and for some a platform to meet other people worldwide....who again did advertise again with all this when it started? Right ![]() The problem is NN, is that you choose the wrong platform to vent your ideas in the first place. For me it feels like a slash to MA, which is fairly useless in my opinion. If you really want to make a *better* Entropia and you thoroughly think out your ideas, giving them "hand and feet" , your dynamics will appeal to others and you would be able to supply the market with your vision of a MMORPG, with or without RCE.
