Is it allowed to run multiple clients (accounts) on the same computer and if not that's even possible run multiple clients on separate computers but through the same IP address?

You can run multiple clients on the same computer and the same ip, but they have to be seperate people. Meaning, you cant have more then one avatar per person. So if your family member ownes one account and you own one account, it is ok. If you try and run more then one account yourself, you could lose both accounts including everything in those accounts.

How exactly? If I run the client, the launch button is only available once.

Oh and let get this straight: Is it allowed if I "pretend" to be my family members, I don't know if that makes a difference but I make the characters that are for my family members but I use them? I'm not trying troll or anything if it looks like that is just that this kind of bending when playing usually is a gray area or a black area so I just want to be on the sure side.

You should NEVER, NEVER,NEVER tell yours login and password to anyone...

let any member of your fammily make its own avatar , but dont share login infos ... problem solved

You can only run one client at a time on a computer.

The only reasons I can think of for wanting to 'pretend' to be some other member of your family is to scam other players, manipulate auction prices etc - the sort of action that is likely to get you banned from the game anyway. Just asking if you can do this says something about your personal integrity, imho.

No you can only run one client at a time per computer. What I thought you ment is if you where done using that computer and your brother wanted to run his avatar on the same computer, it would be ok.

As for pretending.. you would be in violation of the eula and banned, thus losing all your stuff on the accounts.

Since any computer can only be controlled by one person at a time, running multiple clients would basically mean one person running more avatars, and thus a breach of EULA.
