I was last in EU in 2008. I have questions about the 'new' EU.

I'm mainly interested in investing in the new Land Deals. Questions for that.
1.) How large an area is 1 deed?

2.) Multiple Deeds Like (2,4,100) are these deeds next to each other.

3.) How do you tell where the land is located? It doesn't state where in the info

Other Questions pertaining to the 'new' type of airships.

1.) Are all Air Vehicles limited (no repair)

2.) What are the flight controls for up and down.

3.) if you get a spaceship capable of space travel, is it all PvP or can you travel in space without being attacked non-consensually.

Other Questions:

1.) How do you block a spammer in the in-game chat. is there a block/ignore list?

2.) I forgot how to make mind essence its Sweat and What?

Here is some info on the land deeds..

Become a citizen of Planet Calypso!

For the airships... the majority of airships are L. There are a few that are not. 5 quads where given away that are unlimited. These are very expensive atm and I believe there is one for sale. There are a few Vtols that are not L as well. These where looted from Eomons and range from about 800 to 1100 ped.

The up and down by default is Shift and ctl.

All space, except around the space stations, is pvp lootable.

I believe to ingnore the person, you need to right click on the avatar and I believe it is located in the sub menu that show up.

Mind essence = sweat + force nexus.

Muting a person inworld doesn't appear to work. I tried it the other day on someone that just continued to rant their brains out over in TP area and I had had enough. Now maybe that is something that MA should fix..............

I was more talking about a /ignore or /black for the constant spam bot advertising stuff in the local channel.

After more research into the 'land deeds', I think MA should just state "buy stock in our company" because these ARE NOT land they are shares (60,000 at $100+) Since they don't want to list publicly, why not just have people buy 'virtual stock' (land deeds)

To bad to I wouldn't have minded getting back into EU as a ACTUAL land owner, but I'm not into spending 1000's of dollars for no return again.

I wouldn't say the CLD's have 'no return'.

The CLD's entitle you to a 10x10m plot of land (not yet implemented), 1 vote in the ingame voting system (not yet implemented), and a share of the Gross Planet Partner Revenue.

The average payout each week since the CLD's were introduced is 4.75ped, which equates to a 24.69%p.a. return on the initial sale price of 1kped.

CLDs are one of the best investments you can make in game if you are focusing purely on return on investment.

Of course they don't add to the fun factor so it depends on what you are trying to get for your money.

So, not only do you get a share of the Planet Partner Gross Revenue now, and in the future, but (once released) you will also be able to claim 1 x 10m x 10m land lot.

Note that you are not REQUIRED to claim a land lot, and no doubt there will be significant competition for favoured locations, which is probably why they are being released as a 'land grab' type event rather than being simply assigned to each CLD holder.

This much is certain tho - if you don't hold a CLD, you won't get to claim a land lot at all, nor can you claim more lots than the number of CLD's you hold.
