Also... i want to ask if Arkadia has any lands wich can be sold/buyed OR if you can buy a house, becouse in harbour south i saw these houses wich are perfectly empty....and i was wondering : Can i buy one of these?

You can usually find deeds on the auction house, though I have no idea if the system is implented on Arkadia.

Just make sure you pick the right ones, typically they cost from 300'ish and upwards depending on location and size, not to mention the maintaince fee you have to pay afterwards (call it rent if you want).

The Arkadian apartments aren't yet available to buy. Expect them in late November if all goes well. 8 coins is a special land area. No land areas are currently offered for sale, as far as I know.
