Blazar Fragment?

I'm on the noob island, i've killed the stuff the wikis and other sources said to drop it until both my gun are unusuable and i didnt get a single one.

Is there a trick or something?

I had the same problem. wore out both guns killing ever type i could find and i never found one.

If you refer to noob Island as the Gateway..this can happen yes. As far as I remember this area is ment to give you some basic information on game mechanics..not to get stuff. That you did not receive any blazar fragments is bad luck but can happen..I figure the loot system on the Gateway is the same as in all Entropia and *no looters* do exist. Did you have a message in chat *this creature didnt etc* in yellow?

I wouldnt be to worried about it as blazar doesnt have much value and is only a tier upgrade component. If you are on the Gateway just try to do all the professions with or without gain. The real game starts when you leave there.

The value of the item was not a consideration to be honest. It was asked for as part of one of the starter missions. I am not sure what the end lesson was meant to teach us. maybe nothing important. But it was not a comforting experience from a new players point of view.

I assume that if the lesson where really important, The game would have made sure I found at least what i needed to complete the mission. as it did for the mining refining mission.

If you are referring to the newb quest where youre asked to collect the 2 types of fragments, you can complete this outside of the newb island. The same thing happened to me and worried me as well, but there is an npc you can complete this with some distance outside Port Atlantis on Calypso (not sure about other planets).

Calypso gateway is part of Calypso, so no, none of the other planets have this mission.
