There is no oil rig on Arkadia.

Indeed the whole planet is refreshingly pvp-free

One of the reason arkadia is such a relaxing place to be, now if they could just remove the pirates around arkadia space.

thats one reason why arkadia never going to have alot of players there aswell
need pvp and other things to do while loot is bad or u dont want to hunt.

PVP is not "something to do" lol its "something to avoid" except for a handful of die hard pvpers I guess.

I think there is a pvp arena at celeste harbour. Don't know how much use it has as I have no interest in pvp.

Yes, there is one PVP arena at Celeste Harbor. That's currently the only PVP area on the planet and it's not real popular.
