Most certainly it won't hack EU, but install some malware to allow the publisher to steal you EU account data and empty your inventory.

Note in the video you do not see the actual fruit stack change, ever. Thus you never see anything actually work. Its like going to a show and watching magic tricks. He's got various windows open diverting your attention from the obvious to distract you so that later you can be amazed at the "mysterious" result.
