    Question Quantity/Condition Slider

When crafting stackable items, does the quantity/condition slider have any effect?

Yes it does... There really is no "exacting" way to see best results... so many factors play into it.. and unfortunately... most of them we don't even know what they are.. such as how crafting has similar "time-cycles" that everything else has, good and bad runs...

Usually on Condition you get bigger "pops" or "mini-hits" but that also comes with long stretches of nothing... look on the main forum, lots of theories and tests and such there.

Personally I advise you to just play with the bar... and only do so when you have at least 1k click runs or more... simply because your going to need to be willing to suffer some long stretches of crap hits.

Also, if you find a spot on the bar that seems to be to your liking...of course use it.. but just remember that there is no "magical-spot" that is set in concrete. BUT. you can find a good area to start with.

stackables are about trying to get the most back, so quantity is smarter. Folks that do quality on stackables just like gambling in hopes of a HOF with residue...

Actually, it depends on the markup of the crafted item vs the markup of the residue.

Sometimes its better to aim for the residue because the markup is higher (provided you can do a long enough run to get to the 90% average tt return)
