    I get very few failed after update, maybe 1 in 200 shots or something.

    Unhappy Failed still occuring with everything disabled 11.10.4

    Hi Kim,

    I have tried playing around with connection settings, disabled firewall, antivirus, steam and everything running in the background on Win7.

    I still get failed messages badly.

    Question Will this be fixed, if not, how do I go about asking for a refund,

    Hi Kim,

    I can really not play like this.
    Can you give me word if the programmers are looking into this to fix.

    If not, how do I go about requesting a refund of my last 6 months worth of deposits to leave Entropia upon the grounds of a service not working?

    All TT weapons have the same effect TT rifle, TT melee, a dozen faileds per kill

    Hello,

    Prior to VU 11.10.3 everything was working fine with my use of Entropia Universe.

    In VU 11.10.3 the q-tool & auto-fire system was changed in some way resulting in many "Failed" coming up in yellow text in the chat screen.

    This was a known bug and Kim @ MindArk had said the programmers were working on it to fix for VU 11.10.4 (current VU) in which case it is still occuring to me unfortunately.

    I have setup all my firewall ports correctly as per your FAQ section for connection & voice software so please do not send me a copy paste to do this again.

    I have also attempted logging in from speeds 56Kb, 128Kb, 256Kb, 512Kb, 1024Kb, 1.5Mb without success to stop the "Failed" messages coming up.

    Unfortunately the game as it stands is very unplayable for me. I get a dozen failed messages or more per each mob I kill.

    I have also uploaded a few screenshots of what I see now after VU 11.10.4 (current VU) for your review (see attached JPGs)

    Can you please send this to the programmers to review. Everything was working fine before VU 11.10.3 was introduced for the month before it.

    As soon as VU 11.10.3 was introduced and now VU 11.10.4 which was meant to fix the Failed issues, I have nothing but faileds all the time, making Entropia unplayable.

    I look forward to the future fix and will wait patiently for it to come.

    Having things back to normal without faileds all the time will make me a very happy camper

    Thank you for reporting. As you mentioned, this is a known issue that happens if you have enabled the queue and/or auto use tool. Please rest assured that the members of the design team are currently working on a solution and a fix will be implemented as soon as possible. However, the tool is not deteriorated by this, ammo is not burnt and the complete reload time is the same as before.

    A short update that 11.10.05 did not resolve the failed issue.
    Fair call it was not mentioned in the release notes.

    Can you advise when this should be fixed ?
