I requested a withdraw on 4th of June, Was disappointed that it was going to take 30 working days, but what can you do hey? 15th of July comes and goes. No sign of my money in the account.
So I send a support case...

It's already been over 7 weeks now and I'm disappointed that I was not informed of by yourselves in advance. I simple email or a notification on the website would have been nice.
