Makeing the use of the OptoSign, my friend Swift-Nick requested a fireplace installation in his flat, to make it more homely. So editting several images I put together a set of pictures and he selected the best one to use, which we uploaded and installed on the Opto. He placed in his flat below his plasma. After thought, we put a red wall display behind it and use coloured wands to highlight the fires glow and to give it some animation.

He's happy with it... SW-Flat

I have to say, it's given me a few ideas where art is concerned and I'm working on some that will use the same type of effects. I'm quite excited about it actually.

Here's another image I've done whist tatting away with a lootable skull from Next Island. I put it in a mystical scape and I'll try more like this I think.

I was thinking about the 3d effects ingame with signs and although I've yet to upload these images, which for obvious reasons is taking longer than the image production, I'd like to display them here.

This one is a little 3d. I called it "A Spy Of Faunus". Faunus is the Roman god of nature so I think this one fits. I put a lootable Dragons Eye on a red display unit and put an OptoSign over it. I hope it fits ok, but that's the chance you take considering you cannot preview prior to upload, but it should fit. I have to consider contrast too. I included the eye in the image otherwise there'd be an empty socket...

A Spy Of Faunus

These are simple 2d images. In this one, it's what could happen when you fly a Quadwing without paying attention to the radar. It's fictional art and uses a weapon not used in the Entropian Universe, but what the heck.
Again, I have to address contrast prior to uploading this one...

Absent Mind

This one, I played with alot and redone it several times until I got it right. It's soft enough for the MegaView and it's one of my favs. It shows a Quadwing raging through a turbulant volcanic ash cloud...

Volcanic Antics

I've kept the resolution at 1024x512 for those 3 images because theres not much difference with higher one's when uploaded.
I've also learnt that images with written words are very blocky when uploaded, makeing them hard to read. So I worked out an image with pre-arranged spaceing so that I could use wording on the signs text ability, that would allow text to be placed in the area's I needed when I created this shameless act of self promotion...

I wished the visual displays in the Entropian Universe showed the picture as you see them in the links, but maybe in the future their quality will improve.

The Spy of Faunus uploaded a treat. But the eye pertruded to much so I managed to slide it around to the side of the red panel display which sunk the dragons eye into the image more. It looks to the left and is matched by the location of the Nilo cieling lamp as the shade is reflected in the image. I'm still pondering over the other side of the wall though.

The softer the image I find, the less pixelation appears and this image, The Pilot is on the Opto and is compatable with the MegaView. Again it's the skull from Next Island's lootable collection combined with a few other screen shots.
The pilot is a privateer roaming Entropian space.

I really don't like the idea of piracy. Legal mugging is still mugging to me but many get a buzz from trying to aviod them. SW, who's fireplace is linked above, carries a single pile of dung, loves running the gauntlet at the best of times.

Because the eye socket in the Spy of Faunus was guesswork, it didn't fit on the Opto Sign, but fitted very well on the Elique Sign so I uploaded am image of a grid system so I can edge around to create more accurate fits. I plan another with a Evil Skull mask and the Raindeer tropy head.

As for pirates....now all we have to do is wait for the first *Flying Dutchman* in space....ahhh....aimlessly wandering in the void of deep space..his soul never finding peace, the wings of the quad broken, ever drifting on the tides of dark matter....capturing innocent souls and entrapping them in his snares to accompany him in his neverending search for rest....the curse cannot be broken!! Of course we can always blame MA for the space bugs for that lmao..endlessly driffting in space....always dying and reviving...never able to get home....this must be Entropia's version of Dante's Inferno...

Opp's, an oversight on my part which I'm sorry about. I used SW's Quadwing while he was snoozing at Cape Corinth. I'll remember to be more thoughtful in future as you seem to have a keen eye.

Roni, nice imagination and food for though. I love dark mysteries and will always search for points that form the Calypso Triangle, I know it's there. MA denies it, but strange things have happened that just can't be explained as a glitch.
