Since the 25th I've not been receiving any points for sharing content from the communique and missions, or any of the trailers.
The posts have been appearing on FB, and the app is correctly detecting that the content has been posted and how long ago.

Thanks for participating in the Emissary Program and thank you for posting a great question.
Have you already shared these items in the past? If so, you only receive points for sharing the FIRST time you post something to your Wall. It is usually possible to re-post content again after a certain period of time, but you will not receive points for additional Shares, even though they appear on your Wall. This prevents over-sharing and encourages Emissaries to post fresh content.
However, if one of your friends clicks your re-post to read the article or take a quiz, you will still receive points for their activity, including the full points if they download the game. So, if you think a piece of content is especially great, or realize that a specific friend might really appreciate it, you may still benefit from re-posting as a Share or an Invite.
To see if you have gotten points for your Friends engaging with content you posted, check your "Recent Activity" log under the Merits Tab. All your points should be listed there.
If you believe that you have not received points for NEW content you have posted for the first time, please contact me via PM with your Facebook ID and I will look into that for you immediately.
Fresh content is available every week.

Two things might be happening:
Are you sure that they have actually joined the app? If they never clicked "Allow," then they remain as Guests using your app and will see your badge and name in the upper left hand corner. You will accrue points when they engage content.
To see if you have earned points, please check your Recent Activity tab.
But, if they have already joined the app and they see their own name and image in the upper corner, then they are earning points themselves. Once they join the app, you receive points for them joining, but you will no longer receive points when they engage in content.

Why are there no updates to this thread in 3 months?
Why is your content for the Emissary App only updated rarely?
How do you expect anyone to endorse this app or EU if you fail to provide users with content to earn points. Just saying that they need to have users join is not enough.
Maybe allowing the users to upload content to share.

Welcome to the Bug Reporting thread. There have been no bug reports in three months, which is why there have been no posts to this thread in that time.
We are working on the next phase of the Emissary Program and expect to have some additional content available for you in the very near future.
Which kinds of posts would you like to see more of in the future?

whats happening with the Emissary Program on Facebook ?
there hasn't been any updates for months now, no new missions or surveys to take, i come back regularly to check, but nothing has been added, i've shared so much on facebook and now running out of anything to share.![]()
i too have not had any mail for redeemed items, whats going on?
this must now be a couple of months or more

I no longer check the email address I originally signed up with for Facebook; I wasn't aware at the time that the EU app would require something to do with email. I've tried figuring out how to change my Facebook email address to Gmail one I currently use, but I can't figure it out. Would it be possible for my to private message you my Gmail email address, with details that confirm the account that currently has my synchronization chip pending delivery to my inventory is mine?
