Why only one level on a mob

We've all gotten used to the fact that mobs now have levels on them but they often have no real meaning.

A low level mob might be far more difficult or time consuming to kill than higher level one. It's as if the level is heavily weighted for attack.

A level system implies that two different mobs of the same level are equal but they're not.

Why not show two levels, one for attack and another for defence?

The danger level calculation was adjusted to give more relative weight to a creature's max damage and damage per second, and less relative weight to its max health and regeneration rate.

This change was made in order to provide a more informative indicator of the actual threat posed by creatures encountered, rather than an indicator of how much time (or cost) is required to kill the creature.

Is there any way to add another level say for difficulty? Example. I have level 190 in evade.... ... anyway if the mod would be a level 200, I would expect it to be harder (evading, hitting, and more likely crits done and received) then say a level 170.
