hello, I just make the deposit via Neteller ( Date 2013-07-16 ), already been discounted in the neteller site and approved, but not entered this peds and vehicle to my account,

I recommend you use the ingame Support Centre, or website Support, to lodge and followup a support case about your issue.

no got any answer from Admin.
