Why are you trying to email them, rather than logging into your account and lodging a support case? Even if your account has been inactive, you should still be able to log in to it (unless you've been banned for some reason ofc, but that's a different matter).
If you can't log into it, you should contact support via this link:

rather than trying to send them emails.
If you've been playing for over 14yrs, you should be aware that it takes 300 days for an account to become inactive, and a further 450 days after that (so 750 days total inactivity) for your account to be terminated. That's over 2yrs and, imho, a more than fair period of time for you to resolve whatever your issues are with establishing your identity. If you don't own a passport, MindArk will usually accept other documents with photo-ID.
