    Locked out of my account and my items will be TT"d soon PLZ Help

    I've emailed support several times to no reply. Paypal has even tried to contact them for me. The email address used was a I think a throw away email I have no access to that was made probably 14 years ago when I did not trust entropia to give my email, or it"s one I have long since stopped using. Last tiem in I updated my account with name/address everything, but I couldn't change the stupid email address because they require a passport witch I do not own. I've dumped at least a few thousand into my account and this is so wrong that MA just ignores me, when I can fully provide all info needed to prove it"s me. This is an outright scam going down and support will not even email me back. If anyone can help before they tt my entire investment, (including support), then please email me noahb007@hotmail.com about how to recover my account ASAP.

    This is wrong after investing so much I just get screwed out of everything and I will make a huge deal out of this if I get the shaft.

    What I read from this situation is this, you have made a mistake and been to lazy to fix it. Now MA is probably checking througly that you are not a scammer and will replay when they have confirmed whether you are or are not.

    Please read entire post before posting a completely non helpful ignorant comment. I've contacted them several times to no reply, I couldn't change the old email due to them requiring passport, but I could change name address and all so stupid. Ya maybe they will unlock it after they tt everything because I have not logged in for 6 months. This is a huge scam I had that account for 14 years and MA will be oh so thrilled to not have to give it back. I have everything needed to identify its my account, just no access to that stupid old email.

    There should be another way to get your account back in case of emergency, on top of that they dont even reply to my emails from noahb007@hotmail.com, The account in question is DanTheManK if support decides to read this. In the past it"s taken days at minimum to get a hold of support, ever since locked out not 1 reply. I'm calling scam. SUPPORT CAN YOU ANSWER MY EMAILS OR POSTS???????????????? FOR THE 100TH TIME???????

    This is what I get for 14 years of dumping money equal to thousands into my "investment". What a load of shit cant even get a fuking reply.

    Why are you trying to email them, rather than logging into your account and lodging a support case? Even if your account has been inactive, you should still be able to log in to it (unless you've been banned for some reason ofc, but that's a different matter).

    If you can't log into it, you should contact support via this link: https://account.entropiauniverse.com...t-faq/contact/
    rather than trying to send them emails.

    If you've been playing for over 14yrs, you should be aware that it takes 300 days for an account to become inactive, and a further 450 days after that (so 750 days total inactivity) for your account to be terminated. That's over 2yrs and, imho, a more than fair period of time for you to resolve whatever your issues are with establishing your identity. If you don't own a passport, MindArk will usually accept other documents with photo-ID.

    Finally, please be aware that while MindArk staff may occasionally post here, this forum is not owned by MindArk nor is it a way of lodging a support case.

    I have tried to contact them several times to no reply. 14 might be a stretch it might only be 11-12 years old. But why after such a long time of loyal service do they continue to ignore me. And no I cant log into my account I forgot the password, and do not have access to the email address on the account. If anyone can help me with this I"d greatly appreciate it. The account has my full name and address on it, it"s clearly me, why will they not respond?

    Ok I sent another support case for the 14th time where you suggested, with the name address and email address on the account. Why MA simply refuses to contact me I don"t understand, it"s quite apparent they don"t care about anything but the money. This we already know from the loot we get back. The biggest hof I ever got in all those years was 989, and what I spent to get that is lol crazy. PLZ IF ANYONE CAN HELP CONTACT ME.

    Please help Completely locked out of account of 14 years

    Maybe 11-12 but I have made several posts, and emailed MA several times to NO REPLY. Now I have ID with the full name on the account, know things that only ME THE OWNER would know. The address on the account should be the one I live at, if not I can provide my old address. When updating my account I could not change the email address without a passport. Well this was an email address I made literally when I was a kid. I don't have access to it anymore and have been locked out of my account for now months.

    I can fully prove that I'm the sole owner of the account and I have invested what come out to thousands into this account. I have been absolutely IGNORED over this subject and I made about 4 posts witch all got deleted, and do not understand why. I am BEGGING THE COMMUNITY for help in this matter. This is no fishing attempt, you can knock on my front door and I will answer with ID if that's what is needed to recover. I have emailed support several times to no reply. I AM BEGGING for help here literally, this was a life investment for me and its all going to be tt'd away after 6 months of no activity and its been 4-5 minimum.

    Three things.

    First, more than one member has responded to your posts here. The community can't help much with a player proving their identity to MindArk, all we can do is ensure you have the correct contact information for support.

    Second, at the time you made your first post in this thread, you spammed exactly the same thing in 2 other sections of the forum. Those were removed as duplicates according to forum rules:

    3.1 - Spamming/Flooding/Trolling
    The following are NOT permitted on EntropiaForum:

    • Spamming - Posting the same thread in multiple forums, or posting the same post in multiple threads, or sending unsolicited private messages to members.
    • Flooding - Posting many times in succession in a single thread.
    • Trolling - Constant harrassment of a member, or repeated off-topic and/or rude posts in a thread.

    Depending on severity, content in violation of this rule will be edited or deleted, and may result in a ban from the forum.
    Third, as I've already posted above, it takes 300 days for an account to become inactive, and a further 450 days after that (so 750 days total inactivity) for your account to be terminated.
    So if it's only been 4-5 months since you logged in (ie at most 150 days), you still have plenty of time to sort this out before your account even becomes inactive, let alone terminated (which is when items converted to tt value).

    In the meantime, I can only suggest you sort out some identity documentation for yourself that meets MindArk's requirements (which I expect are much the same ID requirements as any bank requires from their customers these days).

    I looked it up and according to MA rules... A simple Driver Licence shall work fine... So if you have that use that. Passports, National ID's, Drive Licences are examples of ID's allowed by MA. If you are in say, Europe or even USA then you shant have an issue at all. So go to their site... File a ticket, wait for someone to answer back. Do what they ask, and relax, ok?
