    Exclamation Account is locked

    i just downloaded entropia universe and created an account. Activated it, but when i try to login it says this account is locked. I created 5 more account and all of them says the same. Then i saw that even i type in ""asdasd@fas.com" it still says that account is locked. I think there is a problem with client. Any suggestions?

    The first thing to do is to send in a support case.

    There is currently an alert over hacked accounts, with several people having their accounts locked, so this may be part of this.

    Unfortunately, while I understand why you created several accounts here, this will not have helped!

    I opened a case but 3 days passed without a word from them. But with normal client if you type nonsense in username and press login, you get the message that username is incorrect, right? Then why i get locked message then i type in nonsense?

    There have been recent issues reported with attempted bruteforce hacking of accounts, and MindArk has recently added a captcha to the website login.

    It's possible that they have also implemented a tempban timeout on unsuccessful attempts to slow the process, although I've seen nothing official posted about that yet.

    You don't understand me. I launched the game and then i am not able to connect. My friend downloaded it today and everything works fine for him with my account, but on my PC i can't connect because it always says that account is locked.

    Now i tried to use a cyberghost to check if it client error or not. Strangely i was able to connect. What could be a problem?

    i solved the problem by launching the game in safe mode and with sounds disabled. After that i launched it normal and everything worked just fine!

    I have the same problem - after the registration (and after creating account of course) is not obtained through a login launcher (account is locked), but unfortunately run in safe mode and disabling sound does not work, the support does not send responses.

    after attempts to connect via VPN - only managed to go into safe mode, but unfortunately - now game only works in safe Mode, and normally hangs window with progress bar, which does not move.. so sad.

    p.s.
    how fast are responsible technical support?

    I am having the same problem, ive never been able to play

    Support says something about not being able to see computer credentials. It is clear that support is literally just trying to push people off their response are literally so brief its absurd. There was no help and it was closed without trying to help me in any way.
