Entropia Universe Installation error.

I'm new and i've tried to install this for the first time, but get this error everytime i try, can anyone help?

Are you running the installation file as Administrator? If not, you may not have the necessary permission to install all the files on your computer.

Yes, i'm using my administrator account on my pc, but i'm still having that problem.

Although the installation gives that error, it creates an Entropia Universe shortcut on my desktop, which i can open, when i do that, it starts to update then again it gives that "uninstall shortcut" problem.
