the app 2 step logging dont work - i cant logging in game neither in web

This is incredible.

A few days ago, my web acount offer me to download a app, "Entropia poket" for great security: 2 step loggin. ONLY WORKS ONE TIME!.

I sent a support case inmediatily but support say anything. 8 days waiting for a ansawer.

¿Have anyone this problem? i feel a bit alone.
