Tracker has stopped working

I just got a popup error message saying

Entropia Tracker Suite has encountered a problem and needs to close.... 

Now that's all I get when trying to start the tracker program.
I wanted to reinstall the program and see if it was corrupted on my system, but I can't find any place to re-down load the program from.

Guess I'll use EU Hunter for screen shots.

to download the client, please file a support case on the new site if you have any further issues, those come across our radar a bit faster than forum posts usually

After today EU update ETS stops collecting information about events from "chat.log" because change of format of information.

My "entropy tracker" is not logging in, the message that appears is always the same "program status stopped",
I already formatted and installed the whole operating system, I already uninstalled and installed the software and still the same thing, please help me?
