Entropia did not shut down normally :/

Well i finally decided to fork out for a new pc, what a shame it doesnt ******* work, AMD FX 4100 3.6Ghz, im so annoyed right now, I hope MA get this sorted extremely soon, as im at the end of my tether. I'd just like for once for it to work and work properly. Anyone got any further info than what ive already read on here?

Nope other then it's being worked on and a fix is in the works soon... other then that, it's just a waiting game..

I wrote to EA but no response. Does anyone know when they will correct them? 12.4.2 still does not work on AMD.

EA? If you mean MA, they are working on it. I wouldn't expect to get a fix anytime soon as AMD is still working on it as well..

My suggestion is, and this has been done by other people, is to go back to the place you bought the chip and explain you are having problems with it. AMD seems to be helping people exchange their chips for the Phenom ones, which are decent chips as well.

Here is a thread on Calypso forums of one person that got a chip change.
