Urgent issue.

I downloaded the game, and at the log in I sign in, it makes sure everything is good, then takes me to the load screen, but after the bar fills, nothing else happens.. It just sits there in load forever.. Any suggestions?

Edit: Does 'Calypso Gateway' have to be downloaded in order to enter?

If you are a newbie which is about to start your Entropia journey, you have to download that as that's where it will all start for you.

If it's more technical then this I'm sure others have the answer

Alright, thanks. Though it is odd I can launch the game without the starter area even being downloaded... Just can't get past the load screen.. Meh..

I thought so as well, so I shut it off, and nothing. Gonna see where downloading the gateway gets me. If that doesn't work, then I'm lost.

Welcome to Entropia

When you first join EU, you start at the Genesis area which is common to all planets. There you get to design your avatar and learn some basic actions - movement and so on.

Once finished there, you get the choice of which planet to start on. Each planet has it's own starting area now.
If you choose Calypso, you then move to the Gateway area, which is separated from the Calypso planet area by a one-way teleport, for basic missions to learn about gameplay activities.
However, if you choose a different planet (say, Arkadia), then you'll never need to download Gateway at all, as for all planets other than Calypso, the starting point is ON their planet.

All the best, post again if things still aren't working, and you've tried all the things suggested in the Support FAQ on the game website.

Um.. I can't even get in to start anywhere... I'm stuck at the loading screen right after I log in.. :/
