my game does not connect.
I open it all right, but the login screen I get the message "login error, returne to login or contact suport planet ..." I've done everything I've been in support, as did the procedures described in helps support ... has opened the doors of the windows firewall and nothing ... it took me 4 days to download on day and night, dropping ... I need help immediately please. Thank awaiting response |

Hi! Sorry to hear you have problems here. What might help is posting some specs of your computer and router. And more important, what kind of Operating System you have. As you allready looked at tech support you prolly allready know EU wont run on Mac OS.
If you run XP, make sure you have service pack 3 installed. You might need to download dotnet.framework 4.0 from microsoft and manually install it. This program is needed and not included with XP or any sp of XP. So post your specs and maybe some techies here can help you out. Good luck! Roni

the specifications of my PC:
Windows 7 - 64-bit Service Pack 1 Core I3 - 2.70 ghz 3 Gb Ram 500 Gb HD Intel HD 1GB Graphics my video card is integrated, but when I downloaded the installer of the game. he was downloading the game and I managed to play the tutorial perfectly ... however after downloading the full game does not run, says there was an error, and sends back to the loggin or come back later ... I've tried everything, now I have opened ports on the firewall as required windos support the game but did not help, restarted the PC, deleted cookies, deleted files have macromedia flash player, already reinstalled the game and current patch etc ... currently I'm deleting the files from folder "dynamic_content" and downloading again. I await help. thank you |

The system requirements for Entropia are listed at: https://account.entropiauniverse.com/support-faq/technical-issues-1/system-requirements
While I am no tech expert, I don't think that an integrated video card would meet the graphics requirements listed. |

Try open "Tools" in Client Loader - Set it to Safe Mode and Clear Shaders Cache for starters.
Also - Your GPU is named something else than just Intel HD, it would have a number on it too like 2500 or 4000. I read a bit about it, and it seems like games needs to be optimized for it to run "smooth". This game runs a Crytech 2 engine, it's "harsh" on even good systems. I run a 3.33 Ghz dualcore with 8 gb ram, SSD and a AMD 6950 2 GB card. My temperature hits around 80-90 degrees avg. in the chassis on this game only, despite I run Skyrim, BF3 etc fluently and near 50-60 standard. This game EATS your computer out, it's not efficient in any way on that behalf. So if you were to run this, start with the lowest settings avalible and try increase untill it's not playable. Start with the Safe Mode I explained at the start. |

1.24 GB video - Intel HD Graphics number i not have...!
Intel Core I3 - 2.70 Ghz DirectX 11.1 4 Gb RAM OS - 7 Home Basic Direct 3D - D3D Supported Shader 4.0, Vertex 4.0 I'am visited much of 500 posts for results in this question, i not have solution...! Sorry my english... my language is portugueze of Brazilian...! Thanks very much...! |
