The first thing I would try run a repair on EU in the tools menu.
If this doesn't help then try uninstalling your driver. Then restart the computer. Then reinstall your driver. Then restart your computer and try again. The last time I had this problem I had to install a different driver and then install another CCC (Catalyst Control Center) separately. This fixed it last time I had this, but I hope the first part solves this problem before you have to do the separate installs. ![]() Gl

and your Interface settings.
On the client loader, start by lowering your connection speed to a number like say 56 or 128 (unless you had it super high and you have a strong internet, in which case I recommend dropping it to 256kbps). Then check your graphics settings and try dropping it temporarily to safe mode, which will load old textures and mostly-grey items. But if it runs on low textures and low bandwidth then you can start finding out piece by piece what is causing your issue. Sorry it's a pain, but the EU client doesn't usually tell you much about WHY it crashes. Best you can do really is submit the report to MA like they ask. |

Next thing to try is to uninstall all of it again. Click on the newest driver you installed and then when it asks you to install the drivers and CCC, uninstall it instead. Next go to control panel. Find device manager. Right click on your Vid card and uninstall. Restart your computer and let windows install it's drivers for your vid card. At this point don't install your drivers or CCC, just try and run the game. If this works then install the latest driver without the CCC (custom install) and try that. If it still works, then you need to install an older CCC (11.12) then try that. If all works if not I have some other suggestions. ![]() Remember to restart your computer after each install.

Go to the divers page for your mother board and download the new drivers from them. There will be several to choose from. One in particular you need is the chipset drivers. While you are there you may as well get all the updated drivers for your board as well. It can't hurt to use them and in most cases will increase your performance. Update the MB drivers but don't update the vid card drivers just yet. See what you get from that. Fixing computer problems is all about process of elimination. First you try and see what happens when you exhaust one part so you can take it from the list of possibilities. Then try another part, and so on until you get the desired affect. If all else fails it then falls down to hard ware problem where the actual physical device may need to be replaced or warrantied. Hopefully the latter, as it sucks having to buy a new part.

I have had this similar problem with another laptop I was working on. In the end I had to go to the manufactures website and download all the drivers from there and use them. This included their version of ATI drivers for the video card. It was a very old driver and did not work until I updated all the other drivers as well. This would be my suggestion to you if you haven't already tried it. Go to the manufactures website and download all of the drivers there. Update them all and try again. If this still not working correctly, I would ask them via Email or how every their support works, some are different then others, and let them know what type of problems you are having. They may know how to install the latest drivers for your laptop and get you up and running! I hope this helps.
