Help: having a problem with logging in can you help

i have unistalled twice i also opened my fire wall to entropia and avast dose not seem to have a way to open up ports. can any one help

I get this message often when logging in on a laptop at my daughter's house using her wireless router.

I never get it when playing at home on my desktop with wired connection.

Just keep trying to connect, it can take a few attempts.

Well in that case, don't try to play on your school's network, if you're aware that's not permitted.

If you are using a school network you are probably going via a proxy server. Proxy servers often have blocks against non-standard ports and may also utilise a backlist to stop connections to gaming networks and other "naughty" sites.

Most schools block ports that games use.
You could get a VPN tunnel.. that would work

Is it possible to change main game-port number?
In EVE Online there was that possibility to change 30k port number to 20k number which was working fine.
I don't have access to proxy nor to firewall settings, so that's the last thing, that can save me.
