Help: Can't install the game

I get this error when it is about to patch entropia_universe_setup_12.7.0.98247.exe what do I do to fix this? I want to play this game.

... the game and the patch are running with Admin permissions.

And make sure your Firewall / Antivirus is allowing it do whatever it needs to do.

Hopefully, your problem is already fixed
