No available servers.

Server status says: All systems are online. When I try to log in I get a message stating: No available servers found. Please try again in a few moments. If problem persists, please contact planet support for assistance. I did message support, they said there were some server problems and they were fixed. I still have the problem when logging in. Does anyone else get this message when they try to log in?

I started out on Planet Calypso but, I've tried them all and I get the same message when I try to log in. " No servers currently available. Support said they would try to transfer me to a different planet/area and see if that would solve the problem. I just started playing before the release of 12.8.1. So I really don't know much about the game yet. Maybe I could create a new account? And see if that might resolve the problem.

Ok, I ended up creating a new account, and I was able to log in just fine....a few hours later I logged off and tried logging in on the account I had trouble with. It seems fine now. Not sure if support fixed it or what. But everything is good now.

Nothing is good - you are only allowed to have ONE account registered on your name.

Please contact support and ask them to delete one of them.

And next time you "cheat", don't post in on a public forum.

whomadewho, it's true that you can only have one account, and that you should contact Support (right clik ingame > Support Centre) to have one of them de-activated. You might like to have a look at the Terms of Use for the game

Wizzsz, I think you're being pretty harsh on a brand new player who apparently hadn't even got off Gateway before the vu came, and then found they couldnt use the tp.

I had the same problem for the last two days, today I figured I try anyways, and usually after typing in password I got the No servers available, but this time it went to the load screen that says welcome to Arkadia and its stuck there....Help please!

And? Rules are the same for EVERYONE, aren't they?

If someone gets stuck, there is always support who usually moves you within hours, so there is really no excuse for making another avatar.
