Lowering to cost to buy real estate from Mindark

Mindark should make buying real estate from MA from 75,000 peds to 1,000 peds and should have a inworld office so players could contact MA real esate develmpt in world or for a option for players to contact

I do kind of agree though. Would be swell if MA would auction off all the deeds Marcus the estate broker holds now that all the CLDs are sold.

in real life value we can use our ground for purposes we think of..
like selling stuff, growing stuff, just think.. what can you do in a house that makes you money?
this will also define the question why houses are so expensive to buy..

ingame we can spend ped to make our houses even more fancy,
but there's no weed to grow to make cash..
there's no other profit in having a house, other than looking cool.
should we be paying 7500dollar for a virtual property that does nothing?

personally i agree with OP, houses should only cost 100 dollar, maybe 1000max for a villa.

otherwise entropia will remain an uninhabited place for decades to come!

Stagger. I think that its a really nice idea to add a 75k house that does nothing but cost money if there are buyers.

But as it is now they dont have to add anything. The houses are there allready. They only need to get them into the auction. That makes for very small ammount of work to get money from the players.

Its the same thing with the empty landareas. Make something of them or sell them. They are there now and do nothing. It takes less than one minut to sent them into the auction or add 1% tax on them.

Its these small things that suprise me. Alot of money to be gained with a extremely small ammount of work. The Landareas are worth alot of money. Houses im not so sure about. Sure they will sell but i dont see the point of having one as there is no gain to it.
