Pause Button PLZ

So my internet really suxx, an it's not my fault
But anyway i can't download the new patch because i always have to leave an do stuff an turn the computer off So my suggestion is:
A Pause Button On The Client Downloader
thats way u don't have to download stuff all in one sitting

Open client. Click on tools. Click on dynamic content. Then uncheck the downloads you wish to stop. When you are ready, you can click which ones you want first and let them download.



Oh and just a side note, you can do this ingame as well by going to your map then the down arrow and click on the download you want. With this and the one ingame, as long as you have the dowload of the planet your playing on done, you can still play while it's downloading.. For you and your internet connection not being as good as you would like, I would suggest you not play while downloading as it will cause your game to lag.

Thanx for the Tips but its still not gonna work
it used to remember how far along i was in the download but now it doesnt work like that which really suxx i haven't played since the update

Why do you have to switch your computer off?

It will still download, even when you are not around...

OK so
i broke my cord so i'm using a older cord that wont charge my battery
an i use my cpu an take it with me so yea
but u guys r missing the point pause button would be more better more better

I've had to quit the client loader while it was downloading before. It just starts up where it left off. I don't think it harms your files... it most likely validates the download before installing anyway.

Fo some reason I remember this as well, but I think it doesn't work if you shut your computer off.. I guess one of us would have to try this...

and lately no matter how long i download
it juss says i have more to download
