They just did not sign a contract with any credit card provider! (and keep tell us tales!)
You know what happen when
MA finds another parthner? Right, fat PR follows, that "XYZ strike a great deal with MindArk!".
If they didnt yet announced who will supply the cash cards yet, im 99% sure that they didnt find the supplier.
And i would understand bank institutions not willing to work with
MA, at least because 100-200 cash cards clients (and correspondent fees) do not justify their efforts making the system work.
