it had been a nice idea to reduce the max TT of most clothes from say 130 (master coat) to around 50
and if that item had been repaired, the person gets 80 ped on the card
easy solution, problem solved, less ppl unhappy ^^

I agree still not a good enough explanation for me.
Decay & stuff looking damaged I have no issue with(that is a reality)
But implement this kind 'deacy' /tax is not acceptable, decay over time yes (if it's reasonable) decay from damage -yes .
But 'decay' from just it on is silly & very lazy (even I could code that!)
Next step will be items decay when you move them into & out of storage, when you equip tools or weapons, opening BP books ( all have an ingame condition)
...... think about what else comes next ....sorry no clothes or armor for me.
