How do you plan on trying to "direct" the looted or crafted foot guards to go to people with those sets, and not just to anyone? For example, if there were 100 shadow sets in
EU and 100 foot guard sets were dropped, 100% of the population would still desire these foot guards. This would result in everyone trying to get them and not just the people with the sets. This will make the markup on these very high, unless they are looted and crafted in very large amounts. If this is the case, then armor sets in
EU will be very unbalanced. Has this been a consideration, and are there any plans to change the way foot guards are dropping right now?
