Good for the owners of the old cashcard
Doesn't help the others tho...the ones who own the new, improved, less costly (in terms of fees),
virtual version wedged in the inventory.
And I'd be surprised if even
Swedish law doesn't have something to say about
advertising and
taking cash for a service that does not exist.
We are, generally, mature enough to accept that a company can run into difficulties in providing a service. In most cases they are obliged to keep the customers informed regularly of progress.
Don't think the present information could be remotely described as being regular.
