Not gonna get involved in the actual "discussion" here since all sides of the matter have already been put forward in good/bad/really-good/really-crap ways so nothing left to say.
Id just like to add myself to the ones that think that anyone that already had a full (6parts before update) set should have gotten feet for free regardless of armor as ive said all along btw, shame the protests died down so fast after the "VU from hell".
Yes i know some might argue that "what if you had 5 parts" etc but you gotta cut somewhere and actually having a complete set before seems like the right place to start for me.
(one exception though, the sets where gloves hadnt dropped yet ofc, if a part isnt ingame then id consider 5 parts as "full" as it gets since owner went the full mile to gather all he/she could...)

As I said back then - if X owned the shins - X should have the TT value of shins split in 2 like 99ped shins would result in 66ped shins and 33ped footguards...
