Your initial point was that , if you where to approach MA with $250,000 that they wouldn't work out a deal for you to have an LA or whatever.

I honestly think they would. And there are and have been many instances where one can buy into the game like the CND purchase and there will be many more in the future.

MA have already stated that a seperate games company who they hinted should be their rival are actually developing a planet for EU which is to come next year, along with the Cryengine.

There will be factories and new planets and so much more, use some imagination! There will be plenty more CND type investment opportunities for sure. It's not as unique a purchase as you make out.

Granted , it was a sweet deal , and i imagine anyone putting anything to MA now planets wise or anything else would have to be talking $1,000,000 at least maybe more who knows?

The Banks and Malls and such might not be seen to be making money right now, but in 2 years maybe people will be saying about those purchases what they say about Treasure Island and CND now. In EU you always gotta be thinking of the long game and especially in big money purchases.
If only everyone possessed the foresight and optimism that the people who buy these things have, then maybe there wouldn't be so many pessimistic people around.

All the best.
