I think Sorg is not correct about Haircolor level required... Im lev 11 and can color hair.
So I guess it is more like 10ish but still not shure
Is there any beautician with less skill to verify this?
As of my current skills (you can add me to the list):
lev 11 hairstilist (all cuts now available are there ATM - hope vu9.1 comes soon)
lev 6 body (upperarm fitness last unlock)
lev 2 face (just got the kit

And yes - body is unlocked every 2 levs, face every 3, I can verify that. And you start with 1 possible thing to do (height in body, face skin in face).
Haircuts started at 3 possibilities at lev 0 - not shure if this will be the case still... or everyone will start with all basics
