In other words, the rule only pertains to accusations of scamming. A rule prohibiting all 'naming of other avatars' is not in effect on EntropiaForum.
Honestly, I don't know how the rule could be worded any more clearly.
On anther note, forum admins are able to see which members have viewed a particular thread. I find it interesting that people post about the forum rules, yet have never actually viewed the forum rules thread
