I dun know why you boys can’t see what I am trying to tell you so I will lay it out for you. With the money you saved you can afford to buy “That special someone” in your life something real nice too and if she is grateful, like I would be, she would show her appreciation in return. The rest you will have to figure out for yourself. I was just saying myself I would love a fur coat.

Well one reason you don’t think we understand is because you are talking about a 1100$ card set up and we are not. We never were, not even once.
See the funny thing is all the crap you posted and money your talking about is for an 8800
GTX, and this entire conversation began with posting that an 8800
GT was a good buy.
GT just under 450/500 for a
pair.
That’s when you jumped in lecturing us like we were a bunch of pc noobs tricked in to SLI.
Now that you have posted some info and are up to date, try to get on the same page.
We know how to get the best bang for our buck irt a pc.
We did wait, we are talking about buying the GT
now that the next gen is shipping and with xmass prices are droping.
As for waiting, you can say that every month - wait another month something new will come. You will be waiting forever.
I can’t speak for everyone but the few that posted here, I’m pretty sure do their research.
It just helps to be talking about the same thing.
remember
GT not GTX
