Your total points is equal to the total ped value of your global-hofs. The top 26 individuals based on points will have a number assigned to each of their global-hofs. The winner is then picked by a random number (the lottery number) that is adapted to the number of entries we have (the modulo function). If you have 1 uber hof that would be one entry. But if you made the top 26 by say having 12 global-HoFs, then youd have 12 entries into the drawing. The winner then is a truely random selection among the final twenty-six but you have a better chance with more entries.
