PE is not dying. That the auction do not have 10pages of opalos/jesters(as it were before) is more of a sign that the "traders" have become smarter.
And not as many spammers in PA, well... perhaps you are there at the wrong hour? It can also be because of better rates by the resellers, resulting in less need of all other entropians spamming out their trade ad each 10s.
