Xmas indeed, and I've been checking in now and then to see what's going on too since I didn't make it to Chicago to see family, but I guess we're all addicted a little here and there when it comes to
EU since it seems to be a decent part of life play for some.
Part 2 of our giveaway was actually more fun, because we had more people to run to Billy's and Phoenix, and it was really a great group ... we had lots of fun along the way. Add to that the friend factor (those that helped to protect the new players), and you've got a winning combination. We had enough people that we had to make two teams. I took one team, and my brother took the other. Jet, Zar and I were on Skype, and as usual, my brother was his nutbar self and kept us laughing all the way. I mean, gut wrenching belly laughing. He's crazy as all hell, but I wouldn't want him any other way.
The setup was basically the same in Part 2, so it was kinda hard to not get a different kind of footage (will work on that though), but TOAST, Slapnuts and the Bunny helped dress it up a litte more with the fireworks and champagne ... therefore, why I chose "Celebration" as the background track, because it truly was a celebration for new players, and they really enjoyed it. Can you imagine what some of them thought about all this when just getting off the ship?
I should have captured some of the comments, because they were incredible, but
MA Guide Emma was there and enjoyed the experience. My brother was there to greet me when I got off the ship, but I was thinking about what I would have thought if I had been greeted the way some of these people were during our event. YEAH
... I LOVE this game, it's a PARTY up in here.
