Well first, thanks for taking the time to post on Christmas Day.
However, I can't recall your resume exactly but I don't think you are a technical person. So I can only think this is what some technical people are telling you. If this is what they said then I can only think that they are incompetent or not telling you the truth because they don't want to take on this task during the holidays. Or, your record methods are a mess. But even if some of this information was kept as plain text (not in a database structure), it is searchable and sortable by automated methods. It should not be hard to filter out DQ's and post a daily top 100 on a webpage.
