Well i am tuning lvl 40 prospector within this week, and what my skills allow me is to use finders that go deep enough for rare ores, and lvl 30 would be more than enough there... and about looting bigger ESI's with more skills bullsh..
It is RL skills, knowing the ground what it holds, and when to mine what and when not to mine at all.......
Stop dreaming about skills will change your world and replace your IRL brain, they wont.......................
